I have decided to make it a tradition to make Gingerbread houses every Christmas with the kids. So yesterday as soon as Lily (she will get to participate next year) went down for her afternoon nap, Eric and I got busy decorating our house. He was really funny about what I was allowed to do. I could put the icing on the roof but he didn't want me to help put the candy on. Itwas alot of fun and Eric did a great job covering the roof with candy.

Oh how fun! I miss making gingerbread houses. What a great tradition Em
So cute! You are such a cute mom!
You are the most fun mother! Seriously! When do you have time for these fun things? Wow. You rock.
Did Skip do the framing on this house? If not are you sure it's structurally sound?
We've done a couple of these now and it seems to either be a fun time for all or a complete disaster - lucky for you it looks like your's went wonderfully!
I always end up eating my gingerbread house before all sides are up. How fun!
Em that's so cute!! I love that idea! PS you're looking way good sis :-)
